Welcome to Junior Spartan Softball! Our Junior Spartan Softball program is open to all girls entering the 6th - 8th grades who are districted to attend SPHS. The only exception to this rule is if a parent works at SPHS or at one of our feeder schools, then the player is eligible to try out for our program. We play in the Cobb County League.

The last tryout date for Junior Spartan Softball is Tuesday, 7/28 at 6pm at the SPHS Softball field. All players must bring an updated physical on the 2019 form (find the form on the JR Spartan page under MORE). This is only for those who missed the 1st tryout. Please make sure you have registered
Junior Spartan Softball Tryouts have been set for July 14th from 6:00 – 8:30pm at SPHS softball field. This is a change for our previous location. We will follow the same guidelines as our high school program where players will be screened before the tryout and limited number of people will be allowed.Our program is open to

All girls planning on trying out for Junior Spartan Softball need to go to the Jr. Spartan page and complete the registration form under the MORE tab. Unfortunately we are cancelling our Spartan Softball Camp for 2020 due to COVID19 and concerns for everyone’s health. We look forward to offering it again in the summer of 2021!
